Exactly what does flight insurance policy?
I bought flight insurance presuming it would cover the change of the flight, however I known as them plus they stated that to alter the flight I would need to pay $350 (which btw it didnt say online- they stated a max of $300). I requested exactly what the flight insurance I order covered, and that he stated to call the insurance provider, but stated he didnt be aware of number and title, and so i have no idea who to make contact with relating to this, and i believe he must have described a bit more.

Agent was to say request the insurance provider as every policy differs!
No policy would cover you altering the mind (for reasons uknown). Your travel cover (dissimilar to flight insurance) would cover you – for instance as with our situation – when my seniors mother was accepted to hospital, unlikely to reside. They compensated in full for plane tickets/cruise.
